Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 48 hours notice.
Cancellations
Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session is scheduled cannot be refunded.
Rescheduling
Clients can only reschedule appointments more than 48 hours in advance
